TX man spray paints “H8” on mosque = world-ending event.

Oh, NOES! After FBI, local and state law enforcement were called in, suspect has been identified in ‘horrific mosque desecration’ incident in Texas

Victoria Police Chief, J.J. Craig, said the man, whose identity and age cannot yet be released because he has not been charged, admitted he was responsible for spray-painting the front of the Islamic center with “H8,” a computer shorthand for hate.

Victoria Advocate “We’re continuing to talk to this individual,” Craig said. “It’s being investigated as a criminal matter, an act of graffiti at a place of worship, which includes the possibility of a hate crime.

The Islamic Center’s imam, Osama Hassan, reported the vandalism Wednesday morning. The crime coincided with the start of Ramadan, the holiest month in Islam. The incident went viral (Yet there has been a near total media blackout on the brutal throat-slashing murder of disabled British man by a Muslim) after the Advocate broke the story Wednesday. The case is receiving national attention as a hate crime. (But Nidal Hasan, who slaughtered 14 at Fort Hood is only charged with workplace violence)

Terror-linked Council on Anti-American Relations, CAIR-TX, is demanding Victoria law enforcement to examine the incident further to determine whether the crime was anti-Muslim.

“Due to the nature of the graffiti and past incidents in Texas and nationwide targeting mosques, we urge law enforcement authorities to determine whether the perpetrator was motivated by anti-Muslim bias,” said Mustafaa Carroll, executive director of CAIR-Texas’s Houston chapter.

If police move forward with charges and the man is convicted, he could face up to a year in state jail, Craig said. If District Attorney Steve Tyler decides to pursue the case as a hate crime, however, the man could face longer jail time, Craig said.

Whistleblower Ben Kruidbos Reported Concealment of Evidence In Zimmerman Case—Was Promptly Fired

Jacksonville.com reports the following:

State Attorney Angela Corey fired her office’s information technology director Friday after he testified last month about being concerned prosecutors did not turn over information to George Zimmerman’s defense team in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

On the same day attorneys finished their closing arguments in that nationally watched trial, a state attorney investigator went to Ben Kruidbos’ home about 7:30 a.m. to hand-deliver a letter stating Kruidbos “can never again be trusted to step foot in this office.”

The letter contended Kruibos did a poor job overseeing the information technology department, violated public records law for retaining documents, and noted he was questioned in March when the office was trying to determine who had leaked personnel information obtained through a computer breach.

In an interview Friday, Kruidbos denied the allegations in the letter, which was written by Cheryl Peek, the managing director of the State Attorney’s Office.

He said he had acted in good faith about “genuine concerns.” He said he had been proud to work at the State Attorney’s Office and feared the letter would cripple his chances at finding another job to support his family, including a 4-month-old son.

“I don’t have any regrets,” he said, “but I am terrified about the future and what that will end up being.”

His attorney Wesley White — who resigned from the State Attorney’s Office in December and is a critic of Corey — said the firing was aimed at sending a message to office employees “that if they feel like there is wrongdoing,” they should not disclose it or seek legal guidance from a private attorney.

“If they do speak to an attorney, then they are dead,” he said. “The State Attorney’s Office will do whatever is necessary to not only terminate them, but destroy their reputations in the process.”

Jackelyn Barnard, spokeswoman for Corey and the State Attorney’s Office, did not return phone calls or emails for comment.

How the Press Prosecuted Zimmerman While Stoking Racial Tensions

As we await the verdict in the trial of George Zimmerman, the Florida man who claims to have shot and killed teenager Trayvon Martin in self-defense, this seems the perfect time to reflect on the media’s cynical and dishonest role in turning a local crime into a national obsession.

As you will see below, by hook and crook, the mainstream media did everything in its still-potent power to not only push for the prosecution of Mr. Zimmerman (the police originally chose not to charge him) but also to gin up racial tensions where none needed to exist.

It all started with the anchor of a major television network (Al Sharpton) inserting himself in the story to spread division and hate; it continued straight through to the closing days of the trial when another major news network, desperate to keep a fabricated racial narrative alive, propagated the portrayal of Zimmerman as part of a racial group that doesn’t exist — the “white Hispanic.”

In-between, there has been an astonishing amount of malicious fraud and lies, all in an effort to serve a president, stir racial hatred, and influence the justice system.

All Republicans should be put to Death!

Georgetown Student: ‘All Republicans should be put to death’

video here

Two things:

1 — Before anyone tries to say this “student” was just kidding, I would note that he came back and forcefully said his comments were not “harsh.”  He defended his statement.  We must take such statements at face value, so we must accept that this college educated adult believes all Republicans should be put to death.

2 — Which leads one to ask: where do you suppose he got that idea from?  And why do you suppose he thinks it is OK to think that way?  Do you suppose it could possibly be connected to the people they consider “heroes?”

GOP Rep. Intends to ‘Investigate, Identify and Prosecute People Within the Administration, Up to and Including the President’

Rep. Tom Marino (R-Pa.) in a Thursday radio interview revealed he is exploring the potential options that would allow Congress to file civil or criminal charges against members of the Obama administration and even President Barack Obama himself.

Citing the Obama administration’s delay in the implementation of the employer mandate found in “Obamacare,” Marino told radio host David Madeira that the president continues to show a disregard for the law. He also argued Attorney General Eric Holder is never going to hold the Obama administration accountable.

“If the chief law enforcer of the country [Holder] will not enforce the law,” said Marino, “and the president decides to break the law because he doesn’t like it, there has to be another mechanism by which we in Congress can … see if there are criminal charges we can file.”

Marino is looking to “investigate, identify and prosecute people within the administration, up to and including the president if it comes to that,” according to Sarah Wolf, Marino’s spokeswoman.

 Proposal Goes Viral

Autocross

” As competitive autocross drivers, Maggie O’Brien thought she and her boyfriend were out for a typical spin at an autocross track in Ayer, Mass., when all of a sudden, he pulled a fast one on her. “You’re the most amazing woman I’ve ever met in my whole life,” Jake Wile told her as he brought the car to an abrupt halt. “Every minute has been a joy, and I want you to be on my team for life. I want you to be my co-driver for life.”

Wile had strategically placed an extra video camera on the dashboard of the car, facing inward, in order to secretly capture the proposal. Usually their autocross cars only have one camera, facing outward, to record the track they are driving on.”
