American Flag Unwelcome in California School on Cinco de Mayo
My Uncle Mark Stewart stood outside Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, California this morning holding an American flag in support of students who were ordered by school administrators in 2010 to turn shirts inside out that were adorned by the flag on May 5, 2010.
The citizens silent patriotic salute on this May 5, four years later, was triggered by a February, Ninth Circuit Court decision that sided with the school in forcing students to make the American flag disappear on Cinco de Mayo–coincidentally a day that is not even a holiday in Mexico.
The rationale for the ruling–concern over violence by recent Mexican immigrants over the display of the Stars and Stripes.
Here is the real question.

How would you feel if you received a letter from the U.S. Government informing you that because of a physical or mental condition that the government says you have it is proposing to rule that you are incompetent to handle your own financial affairs? Suppose that letter also stated that the government is going to appoint a stranger to handle your affairs for you at your expense? That would certainly be scary enough but it gets worse.
What if that letter also stated: “A determination of incompetency will prohibit you from purchasing, possessing, receiving, or transporting a firearm or ammunition. If you knowingly violate any of these prohibitions, you may be fined, imprisoned, or both pursuant to the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, Pub.L.No. 103-159, as implemented at 18, United States Code 924(a)(2).”?

Obama Administration Puts in an Order for 1,430 Pounds of Marijuana
The Obama Administration needs hundreds and hundreds of pounds of marijuana this year, more than 30 times the amount of pot it originally ordered for 2014.
But don’t get any funny ideas. The pot is medicinal, and it’s needed for research purposes.
The Drug Enforcement Administration put out a rule on Monday that adjusts the annual production quota of medical marijuana for the U.S. government. That pot, produced by the University of Mississippi, is used by the National Institutes on Drug Abuse to conduct research on medical marijuana.

Americans now are being blasted as “racist” for the simple act of waving an American flag.
It happened Monday in California to a small group of protesters who waved U.S. flags in front of a school where officials had banned the practice to avoid violence threatened by Hispanic students celebrating Cinco de Mayo.
The controversy developed in 2010, when school officials ordered students not to wear U.S. flag-themed shirts on the Mexican holiday. The ban has been upheld by a federal appeals court.
The controversy brought a small group of protesters out Monday, and the community reacted immediately.
“What’s wrong with these white people holding up American flags in Morgan hill??? Racist a–holes,” wrote Gia Lee in a feed monitored by Twitchy.
