TUCSON, Ariz. — Mexican law enforcement on Thursday crossed into Arizona by helicopter and fired two shots at U.S. border agents, a border patrol union leader says.

A Mexican law enforcement chopper crossed about 100 yards north into the Arizona desert, the U.S. Border Patrol said in a statement. The helicopter then fired two shots on the Tohono O’Odham Indian Nation, which sits on the border. Border patrol union leaders say the Mexicans fired at agents but that none of them were hurt.

Authorities are preparing to file charges against a black McDonald’s employee who violently beat a white woman in front of her toddler.
The attack happened Tuesday afternoon in the city of Salem, New Jersey, and video of the assault was later posted on Facebook.

LaTia Harris

The video shows the woman, identified as LaTia Harris, 25, briefly exchanging words with the victim in a grassy area behind the McDonald’s restaurant. Moments later, she throws the victim to the ground, sits on top of her and repeatedly punches the victim in the head and chest.
The victim’s toddler son kicks the attacker in an attempt to protect his mother, but the punches continue to fly.
“Mommy!” the child cries as the beating intensifies.

Dear Republican Party;

Image of Democrat being interviewed

GOP establishment enlist the support of Democrats for Cochran win.

Just before bed last night, I had heard a small blurb on Fox News about the returns coming in from the Mississippi Republican Senate run-off election. The blurb said the run-off between the establishment candidate and the challenger were neck in neck. Since I am in Iowa and this election in the Magnolia State was not life changing for my state, I opted for my feather stuffed pillows and a good night sleep. Imagine my horror this morning when I had poured my coffee and flipped on the television.

Senator Thad Cochran had not only defeated the conservative challenger, but had used the Democrat constituency to do so! SAY WHAT?

During Independence Day weekend, a time to celebrate US freedom and unalienable rights, Americans in Oregon will be subjected to a “blitz” of ‘no-refusal’ blood-draw checkpoints, as part of a disturbing trend that now extends nationwide.

Local news station KVAL reports that State police are re-naming Fourth of July weekend “No Refusal Weekend”, as part of a crack down on drunk driving.

Any driver who is stopped by police and refuses to take an alcohol breath test will be subjected to a mandatory blood test either at the scene, at a medical facility, or at the nearest jail.

Krauthammer: This Obama Government “does not learn constitutional lessons”

MN Prager Discussion Group

by Charles Krauthammer  at the Washington Post:

The Supreme Court this week admonished the Environmental Protection Agency for overreaching in regulating greenhouse gases. The Clean Air Act covers polluters that emit 250 tons per year (or in some cases, 100 tons). This standard makes no sense if applied to greenhouse gases. Thousands of establishments from elementary schools to grocery stores would be, absurdly, covered. So the EPA arbitrarily chose 100,000 tons as the carbon dioxide threshold.

That’s not “tailoring,” ruled the Supreme Court. That’s rewriting. Under our Constitution, “an agency has no power to ‘tailor’ legislation to bureaucratic policy goals by rewriting unambiguous statutory terms.”

It was a welcome constitutional lesson in restraint, noted the Wall Street Journal. One would think — hope — that an administration so chastened might reconsider its determination to shift regulation of the nation’s power generation to Washington through…

Immigration: A federal employment ad posted in January showing that 65,000 unaccompanied minors will enter the U.S. illegally shows that the administration expected this cross-border child abuse and encouraged it.

Concrete evidence has shown up proving our earlier assertion: The breach of our border by waves of unaccompanied alien children was orchestrated by the administration based on a strategy straight out of the playbook President Obama studied as a community organizer. His goal is to get his way on immigration reform by overwhelming the U.S. Border Patrol and collapsing an already weakened system.

The evidence comes in the form a government contract solicited in January by the Department…
