Salisbury, MD: Your Attention is Needed

To all kilbirnie residents:

A very important issue was brought to those attending our Spring General Meeting, Tuesday, march 16, 2016.

Large industrial chicken houses in Wicomico County, Maryland Neighborhoods.

A process is currently in motion to put a massive industrial-sized house operation at the northwest corner of Walston switch and Shavox Roads.

At least four to eight 60-foot by 600-foot chicken houses are planned, which if approved would result in millions of chickens processed each year and thousands of trucks transporting chickens on Walston Switch and Shavox roads.

there is a “Protect the Paleo Channel” Public Forum, which will be held March 22, 2016 at 6 p.m. at the Wicomico youth and Civic Center to address this issue.

NBC’s Williams Fantasizes Over Change in Constitution Allowing Obama to Control Business by Fiat

In an interview with Apple CEO Tim Cook for Thursday’s NBC Rock Center, host Brian Williams wondered why the tech giant couldn’t be a “made-in-America company” and outlined a political scenario in which President Obama was all-powerful: “Let’s say our Constitution was a little different and Barack Obama called you in tomorrow and said, ‘Get everybody out of China and do whatever you have to do, make these, make everything you make in the United States.'”

Obama’s devastating 2nd-term plans

Slated for release Aug. 7 by WND Books, “Fool Me Twice: Obama’s Shocking Plans for the Next Four Years Exposed” uncovers the template for Obama’s next four years – the actual, extensive plans created by Obama’s own top advisers and progressive strategists.

The explosive book unveils all the main areas of Obama’s second-term domestic policy onslaught – jobs, wages, health care, immigration “overhaul,” electoral “reform,” national energy policy, Pentagon plans and much more.

“Just as ‘Unfit for Command’ provided the margin of defeat for John Kerry in 2004, ‘Fool Me Twice’ will ensure Obama serves only one term,” said WND Books publisher Joseph Farah.

“Fool Me Twice” is written by New York Times bestselling author, journalist and radio host Aaron Klein, together with New York Times bestselling author and researcher Brenda J. Elliott.

Just as in 2008, when Obama concealed his true presidential plans behind the rhetoric of ending partisan differences and cutting the federal deficit, his 2012 re-election theme of creating jobs conceals far more than it reveals about his true agenda for a second term.

Most conservative books about Obama focus on his radical background and what he has done until now. A small number of ambitious projects attempt to show what America may look like after four more years of Obama based on generalities and what the president has already done.

While many are expressing general concerns over Obama’s future ambitions, “Fool Me Twice” lays bare the devastating details and consequences of a second Obama term as president.

The book is based on exhaustive research into Obama’s upcoming detailed presidential plans and policies, as well as the specific second-term recommendations of major “progressive” groups behind Obama and the Democratic leadership – the organizations that help craft legislation and set the political and rhetorical agenda for the president and his allies.

Here are a few highlights of dozens and dozens of second term plans uncovered in “Fool Me Twice”:

An expansive, de facto amnesty program for illegal aliens via executive order and interagency directives linked with a reduction in the capabilities of the U.S. Border Patrol and plans to bring in untold numbers of new immigrants with the removal of caps on H-1B visas and green cards.

Government-funded, neighborhood-based programs to better integrate the newly amnestied immigrants into society, including education centers and healthcare centers. A “federal solution” to ensure that the amnestied immigrants are treated “equitably” across the United States.

The recreation of a 21st century version of FDR’s Works Progress Administration program within the Department of Labor that would oversee a massive new bureaucracy and millions of new federal jobs;

Specific plans for a National Infrastructure Bank. This entity would “evaluate and finance infrastructure projects ‘of substantial regional and national importance” and would finance “transportation infrastructure, housing, energy, telecommunications, drinking water, wastewater, and other infrastructures.”

Wresting control of the military budget from Congress by attempting to place an ”independent panel” in charge of military spending while slashing the defense budget in shocking ways.

The vastly reduced resources of the U.S. Armed Forces will be spread even thinner by using them to combat “global warming,” fight global poverty, remedy “injustice,” bolster the United Nations and step up use of “peacekeeping” deployments;

A new “green” stimulus program and the founding of a federal “green” bank or “Energy Independence Trust,” which would borrow from the federal treasury to provide low-cost financing to private-sector investments in “clean energy.”

Detailed plans to enact single-payer health care legislation controlled by the federal government.

Aaron Klein is Jerusalem bureau chief for WND and hosts “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” on New York’s WABC Radio, the nation’s largest talk station. Klein’s program is one of only two weekend shows in the U.S. to make the Talkers Heavy Hundred official list of top American radio shows.

His previous books include “Red Army,” “The Manchurian President,” “The Late Great State of Israel” and “Schmoozing with Terrorists.”

Liberals Are Destroying America

A federal appeals court ruled Thursday against a central provision of the Defense of Marriage Act, a groundbreaking decision that tees up a potential battle before the Supreme Court.

The three-judge panel of the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston ruled that the provision defining marriage as between a man and woman is unconstitutional in that it denies gay couples the rights granted to heterosexual couples.

The unanimous decision once again brings the issue of gay marriage to the fore of the nation’s political debate. It comes just a few weeks after President Obama announced his support for gay marriage — in the wake of that announcement, some gay advocacy groups have stepped up pressure on Washington to fight DOMA.

Considering the potential Supreme Court battle ahead, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney was asked Thursday whether the Obama administration would actively fight for overturning the law, which was originally signed by Democratic President Bill Clinton.

Carney noted that the Obama administration has concluded the section in question is unconstitutional and will no longer defend it in court. Without commenting on what steps the administration might take in the future, he described the Justice Department as an “active participant” in the case.

“There’s no question that this is in concert with the president’s views,” he said. “I can’t predict what the next steps will be in handling cases of this nature.”

Gay marriage advocates hailed Thursday’s decision, while its opponents condemned it.

“Society should protect and strengthen marriage, not undermine it. The federal Defense of Marriage Act provides that type of protection, and we trust the U.S. Supreme Court will reverse the 1st Circuit’s erroneous decision,” said a statement from Alliance Defense Fund Legal Counsel Dale Schowengerdt.

Government regulations aren’t a myth

So you’ve got this farmer who busts his buns day in and day out to produce consumables to sell in the free market place. He takes the time out of his work day to show up at a townhall meeting in Atkinson, Illinois to ask Dear Ruler a question on his BlunderBus tour. The farmer stands up and says that he would rather be farming than “filling out forms and permits to do what we like to do.” He goes on to express his concern about more government regulations coming down the pipeline and how that will affect his business. Then Barack Obama, who hasn’t sold one durn soybean in the private marketplace or employed one single, solitary farmer – Obama, who has never chopped cotton or risked the fierce pecking of a mad hen to collect an egg — says to this farmer:

“Here’s what I suggest, if you hear something’s happening but it hasn’t happened, don’t always believe what you hear.”

What? That’s his response: Don’t always believe everything you hear? Are you kidding me? It’s no wonder this hack couldn’t create a job if his presidency depended on it .. he doesn’t get it. How many different ways can people tell him that government regulations are hampering our businesses? Get government out of the way! This is what the business community has been telling him since day one. But Obama won’t listen because this doesn’t feed into his “grow government” solution for our economy.

Maybe there’s another reason Obama won’t acknowledge what this farmer had to say. Perhaps Obama’s dismissive language to the farmer was intended to hide his true agenda .. an agenda to destroy America’s free enterprise economy and replace it with the government controlled economy of his dreams.

The fact of the matter is that this farmer has every right to be concerned about more government regulations, and Obama’s record proves that. Don’t believe me, believe the folks at the Heritage Foundation who are keeping track of these burdensome figures …

Here’s what Obama has managed to do so far:

In the first six months of the 2011 fiscal year, 15 major regulations were issued, with annual costs exceeding $5.8 billion and one-time implementation costs approaching $6.5 billion. No major rulemaking actions were taken to reduce regulatory burdens during this period. Overall, the Obama Administration imposed 75 new major regulations from January 2009 to mid-FY 2011, with annual costs of $38 billion.

Here’s what we can expect in the future .. more regulation!

The spring 2011 Unified Agenda (also known as the Semiannual Regulatory Agenda) lists 2,785 rules (proposed and final) in the pipeline. Of those, 144 were classified as “economically significant.” With each of the 144 pending major rules expected to cost at least $100 million annually, they represent at least $14 billion in new burdens each year.

This is an increase of 15.2 percent in the number of economically significant rules in the agenda between spring 2010 and spring 2011.

Meanwhile, private-sector jobs shrank by 5.6%. We’ve got more people working to implement federal regulatory policies than we do at McDonald’s, Ford, Disney and Boeing combined. And all Barack Obama can come up with is that we shouldn’t believe everything we hear? Insulting.

Democrat Talking Points: Blame Regular Americans

It appears the new Democratic talking point on Friday’s S&P downgrade of the U.S. credit rating is to blame on the tea party, by referring to it as a “tea party downgrade.”

That phrase began to surface Sunday on morning talk shows, first with Democratic Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry and then with President Barack Obama’s presidential campaign adviser David Axelrod.

On CBS’ “Face the Nation,” Axelrod explained his interpretation of the downgrade. He argued it had more to do with the country’s politics and less to do with its finances.

“Well, first of all, let’s see how the markets react because I think there’s a broad consensus that this is still the safest place to put your money,” he said.

“You know, we can debate the strength of the analysis that they did, the history of S&P and so on. They made an egregious analytical error here but theirs was largely a political analysis. That’s what we should focus on because what they were saying is they want to see the political system work. They want to see a sense of compromise. They want to see the kind of solution that the president has been fighting for, a large solution that will team with the problem, that will be balance, that will include revenues, that will deal with some of our long-term issues. We still made some progress in the compromise that was struck on the debt. What they’re saying is we have to make more progress. In fact we do. That’s what the next few months is going to be all about.” (RELATED: Standard & Poor’s ratings head: U.S. could be downgraded even further)

During his appearance on “Face the Nation,” Axelrod also argued that in crafting a solution to America’s debt problem, lawmakers must address the problem “in a way that is fair to everyone” — by which he meant that he believed the wealthy had to put more skin in the game.

“First of all, there’s no doubt that the brinksmanship that we saw was atrocious and that contributed their analys,” Axelrod said.
