White Students Are Becoming Increasingly Alarmed of Violent Black Mobs in Maryland

The “White Student Union” that caused a racial stir at CPAC earlier this month says it’s conducting night patrols at a Baltimore-area university to guard against what it sees as rising “black on white crime.”

Towson University doesn’t officially recognize the student organization, which made national headlines after one of its members questioned what Frederick Douglass’s former owner needed to be forgiven for: “For giving him food and shelter?” Scott Terry asked the question during a panel at the Conservative Political Action Conference.

Now, group founder Matthew Heimbach says the White Student Union — which has been labeled a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center — will take up its own patrols to combat the “very large problem of black-male-against-white-female crime,” he told the Baltimore Sun.

He said the group plans to go out a few nights a week, arming the men with heavy-duty flashlights and the women with pepper spray. He told the Sun they will attempt citizen’s arrests if they witness a “violent felony” but will mostly just inform police of crimes. Heimbach did not immediately return a request for comment from TheBlaze.

“The goal is not to go out and intimidate, the goal is not to go out and prove something, the goal is just to be an extra set of eyes and ears for the [Towson] community at large,” Heimbach told the newspaper, and said the group will also help any victims they find who are not white.

NJ Mother Pressured to Turn Over Her Guns, Charged With ‘Terroristic Threats’ After Reading the Constitution at Tax Dispute Assembly

A New Jersey mother was arrested and told to turn over her guns after reading the Constitution and peacefully protesting at a tax dispute forum, she says.

Eileen Hart was with her husband Keith and her 7-year-old daughter on Saturday at the Gloucester Community Center to dispute a mandatory home re-evaluation that would roughly double her property value (and therefore dramatically increase her rates), objecting on multiple grounds. As an Orthodox Jew, she refused to have the inspectors in her home when her husband was away at work. As an American citizen, she objected to the seemingly arbitrary reappraisal, noting that she is not planning on selling her home and hasn’t renovated her kitchen in 30 years.

But at the forum, Hart was allegedly told that since she didn’t let the inspectors into her home, the state has a right to “assume” its value.

“How could they assume that my value had doubled when there is absolutely no housing market?” she asked TheBlaze rhetorically over the phone. “There is basically no GDP growth.”

After Hart started citing the Constitution, a representative of Appraisal Systems, Inc.– the company contracted by the state to conduct appraisals– started “freaking out,” she said, and called for New Jersey tax assessor Robyn Glocker-Hammond.

“Sit down and shut up,” Hart said Glocker-Hammond told her, adding that she (Glocker-Hammond) was there to “enforce the law.”

“I didn’t see a badge,” Hart noted. “Her title is tax assessor, not law enforcement officer.”

Glocker-Hammond started speaking to Hart’s husband like a “two-year-old,” Hart claimed, and after she objected, Glocker-Hammond once again told her to be quiet.

“I have a right to speak out against this, this is a public place, my tax dollars pay your salary,” Hart objected to the tax assessor, already incredulous at the drastic increase in her rates.

“I don’t work for you,” the assessor allegedly retorted.

At that point, Appraisal Systems, Inc. representative Andrew Colavecchio started advancing towards her, she said, like he was about to grab her arm. “Don’t you dare touch me,” she said after he allegedly got so close he touched her coat.

Glocker-Hammond then told her she had to leave the public forum and threatened to call the authorities, though Hart swears she never cursed or acted inappropriately.

That’s when things got serious.

As Hart left the building she saw Colavecchio “sneering” at her and said to him in passing, “look at the little pencil-pusher.”

Hart said Colavecchio threatened to call 911 and “ran after us in the parking lot like a banshee, his face was purple, [he was] disheveled, [he] started to take down my license plate and ran off. When he got to the doors of the building he screamed at us, ‘let’s see if you can pay your taxes now!’”

Much to her surprise, Hart returned home to numerous police cars, the officers asking if they could bring her in for questioning even though they did not have a warrant. She was not allowed to drive behind with her husband, but was forced to ride in the police vehicle.

Colavecchio had apparently told the police that Hart was “yelling and screaming” and threatened to return to the meeting with a gun.

Occupy Seattle Clowns Use Umbrellas To Shoot At Police

As details emerge from the horrific shooting in Aurora, Colorado, the nation grieves and remains on edge towards sensitive topics relating to the crime. Knowing that the main Aurora-shooting suspect James Holmes allegedly behaved and disguised himself like “The Joker” clown villain from “The Dark Knight,” troubling new video has emerged of an apparent protester at Occupy Seattle dressed in clown garb pointing an umbrella at police and bystanders, and “shooting” them as if the umbrella were a gun.

It did not take very long for opportunists to try and twist the tragedy in Colorado to match their own beliefs.

ABC news has already found someone to place blame on the Tea Party, Brian Ross from Good Morning America:

“There is a Jim Holmes of Aurora, CO, uh Paige, on the Colorado Tea Party site as well, talking about him joining the Tea Party last summer. We don’t know if this is the same Jim Holmes, but it is Jim Holmes of Aurora, Colorado.”

NYC‘s Mayor Bloomberg and CNN’s Piers Morgan have also chosen to use the deadly shootings in Aurora, CO to push their own political agendas.

Bloomberg, a vociferous anti-gun billionaire whose security guards are allowed to own and carry weapons, has already challenged both President Obama and Mitt Romney to make a stand for tougher gun control.

“But maybe it’s time the two people who want to be president of the United States stand up and tell us what they’re going to do about it, because this is obviously a problem across the country.”

‘Don’t F**k With Us’: Occupy Group Encourages Violence Against Police in ‘Action Planning’ Videos

“ResistRNC“ or ”Occupy the RNC,” an Occupy-related protest of the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla., this August, has posted some disturbing “action planning” videos on their website, encouraging protesters to take violent action against police.

The top of the group’s “action” page states, “…if you are looking for ideas to help you with your action planning, here are some helpful videos!”

“Anything is possible…anything. Happy Action Planning!” the website reads.

The site makes sure to distance itself from potential violence by claiming ResistRNC is an “above-ground coordinating committee. We are not organizing actions.“ They also try to claim they are not ”condoning or supporting illegal activities.”

That would be a lot more convincing if one of the “helpful” videos posted on ResistRNC‘s website didn’t show a man igniting a Molotov cocktail and tossing it towards a group of police officers before putting up two middle fingers towards the cops. But it does.

The video appears to be some sort of a remix of the popular Jay-Z and Kanye West song, “Run This Town,” put together by a group called SubMedia TV and apparently preformed by a group that calls themselves Testament.

Army manual: Kill rioters, demonstrators in America

A newly leaked US Army Military Police training manual for “Civil Disturbance Operations” outlines how military assets are to be used domestically to quell riots, confiscate firearms and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest.

The document (PDF), which is dated 2006 and was used for a self-learning course at the U.S. Army Military Police School at Fort McClellan, makes it clear that the operations described in the manual apply to both “CONUS and OCONUS,” meaning inside the Continental United States and outside the Continental United States.

The document outlines how military assets will be used to “help local and state authorities to restore and maintain law and order” in the event of mass riots, civil unrest or a declaration of martial law.

The primary function of military assets will be focused around, “breaking up unauthorized gatherings and by patrolling the disturbance area to prevent the commission of lawless acts,” states the document, adding, “during operations to restore order, military forces may present a show of force, establish roadblocks, break up crowds, employ crowd control agents, patrol, serve as security forces or reserves, and perform other operations as required.”

The manual also describes how prisoners will be processed through temporary internment camps under the guidance of U.S. Army FM 3-19.40 Internment/Resettlement Operations, which as we reported earlier this year, outlines how internees would be “re-educated” into developing an “appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the United States.

On page 20 of the manual, rules regarding the use of “deadly force” in confronting “dissidents” are made disturbingly clear with the directive that a, “Warning shot will not be fired.”

The manual includes lists of weapons to be used against “rioters” or “demonstrators,” including “antiriot grenades.” It also advises troops to carry their guns in the “safe port arms” stance, a psychological tactic aimed at “making a show of force before rioters.” Non-lethal weapons and water cannons are also included.

The document also explains how the military will be involved in spying on and gathering information on dissidents to identify the, “Existence of persons, groups, or organizations which have distinctively threatened or are creating disturbances.”

“Crowd control agents” will also be deployed for the purpose of “reducing resistance,” states the manual, which also implies that troops will be used to confiscate firearms.

“Restrictions on the sale, transfer, and possession of sensitive material such as gasoline, firearms, ammunition, and explosives will help control forces in minimizing certain forms of violence,” states the document on page 40.

Occupiers Celebrate 4th of July March by…Burning American Flags and Vandalizing Police Property

If ever you hear someone talk about how peaceful and American the Occupy movement, you need only to send them this story.

Local news reports out of Oakland, Calif., have noted that the Occupy Oakland group held a march on the 4th of July that resulted in vandalism of a police headquarters and a patrol car. And while that’s true, The Blaze has found some of the pictures and video from the event that paint a much more sinister picture — a picture filled with burned American flags and anti-American sentiment.

For a little background, here is how the Oakland Tribune describes what happened:

The march began about 8 p.m. near 14th Street and Broadway, continued down Broadway to police headquarters at Seventh Street and Broadway and then moved to other streets before coming back to Frank Ogawa Plaza. The one arrest occurred at the plaza.

Sgt. Roland Holmgren said protesters painted “kill cops” on a door at police headquarters and similar messages at City Hall, the police Internal Affairs Division near City Hall, a clothing store, hotel and a bank.

Protesters also spray-painted a patrol car parked near Seventh and Washington streets, punctured one of its tires and broke a window, Holmgren said. The garbage bin was set ablaze near 11th and Clay streets.

But that doesn’t do what happened justice. A search of the group’s regular internet haunts shows the extent of the vandalism and the anti-American sentiment.

For starters, it should be noted that the march was dubbed “Fu** the Fourth,” hardly a name meant to celebrate patriotism. A flickr page shows some of the vandalism on the police. But the real tone of the event is captured on a Facebook page sympathetic to the cause. It includes the police photos but also goes further and shows some of the group burning American flags and attaching them to what appears to be City Hall:

Violent attacks strike pro-lifer’s house

‘Who would terrorize the home of a family with young, innocent children inside?’

Within two days of being profiled on Newsweek’s website The Daily Beast, a “personhood” advocate was startled by a rock thrown though his front door and vandals painting vulgarities on his family’s home.

Keith and Jennifer Mason of Denver, Colo., lead PersonhoodUSA, a Christian ministry seeking to establish human rights under the law for all children from the beginning of their biological development, a controversial stance that would effectively ban all abortions.

But after a profile of the Masons and their work around the country appeared on The Daily Beast last week, the comments section below the article became so “vicious and personal,” the website confirms, the section had to be shut down.

Reportedly, someone even posted the Mason’s home address.

Two nights later, the Masons report, a large rock was heaved through the double-paned glass of their front door, scattering glass throughout their living room and across the front porch, covering their children’s toys and items for the couple’s expected new baby. The vandals also spray painted coat hangers and vulgarity in large letters on the front and sides of their house.

“I was in the basement, catching a movie and having a beer, to just chill,” Mason later told Newsweek. “I heard a loud noise and thought one of our kids had fallen down the stairs. I ran through a bunch of glass and I saw red – it was surreal; I didn’t know if it was blood on the glass or what. It turned out to be spray paint. There was red paint all over the side of our house. They spray-painted coat hangers all over my sidewalk and door.”

I Just Got an ‘STD’ from OWS

In case you missed it, Occupy Wall Street is meeting this week in Philadelphia. The event is being called a “NatGat” (National Gathering) and considering the brutal heatwave that has hit the East Coast, the OWS NatGat gets credit for an ambitious five-day schedule of speeches, training and activism.

The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday that OWS’s Philadelphia “convention” was expecting 1,500 protesters from all across America to join the million or so tourists that typically visit the city for Independence Day festivities.

After reading about the events planned, I had to see it for myself. Sunday morning, I drove to Philadelphia and headed for Independence Mall.

Because the OWS crew was not permitted to camp out on the mall in front of Independence Hall, the early morning found an empty National Park. There was one small tent that was permitted to set up and operate as an information distribution point.
