Occupy Vandals Smash Windows at Obama Campaign Headquarters

The remnants of Occupy Oakland have been staging a weekly “FTP” march to protest police brutality. This Friday the march also took up a new cause, the ability of vendors to get permits for a monthly street fair called “Art Murmur.” The protest consisted of about 100 people marching and dancing behind a portable PA system, blocking traffic, tearing down a fence, and at one point smashing the windows of an Obama campaign headquarters.

Occupy uploaded their own video of the march to You Tube Saturday including a portion where a masked man with a hammer smashes windows at the campaign headquarters. This brings a cheer from the crowd. The editor of the video added the titles “Hope. Change. LOL.” At the same time the windows are smashed, another man dressed in black and wearing a motorcycle helmet attempts to enter the headquarters but is pushed away by someone who blocks the entrance. The vandalism occurs at 1:51 in the clip below.

The video description identifies those responsible for the vandalism as members of the “East Bay Uncontrollables.” This is the same black bloc group which claimed credit for vandalizing two police cruisers and an Oakland PD substation on early Thursday morning.

Are Occupy Oakland Members in Favor of Sex Trafficking?

Editor’s note: the following post contains graphic language and video. Discretion is advised.

On June 13, apparent members of Occupy Oakland staged a counter-protest at the H.E.A.T. (Human Exploitation and Trafficking) conference to end human exploitation and trafficking.

Why on earth would they do that? While the Occupy movement has long struggled with having a cohesive message, some of the signs indicated that rescuing girls from lives of prostitution constitutes racism, and that the police and “patriarchy” shouldn’t have control over such matters.

A Facebook page dedicated to the event explains: “The H.EAT. conference is a conference of pigs and their nonprofit lackeys to increase the harassment, imprisonment, marginalization and criminalization of sex workers. Fronting as a conference against ‘child trafficking,’ this conference brings pigs and nonprofits together to develop policing strategies that line their pockets…”

Three Occupy Oakland protesters charged with hate crimes

Three Occupy Oakland protesters accused of surrounding and taunting a woman before stealing her wallet were charged on Friday with robbery and hate crimes, authorities said.

Michael Davis, 32, Nneka Crawford, 23, and Randolph Wilkins, 24, confronted the woman on the streets of Oakland in February after she told them not to riot in her neighborhood, the Oakland Police said in a written release.

“She was surrounded by three protestors and battered as they yelled vulgar epithets regarding their perception of her sexual orientation,” Oakland Police spokeswoman Johnna Watson said.

The female victim was not identified except as a 20-year resident of the neighborhood.

“Her wallet was taken during the crime,” Watson said. “The victim broke away from the group and called police, who were able to arrest one suspect near the scene.”

Watson said the other two suspects were arrested at a February 29 Occupy Oakland protest.

Each was charged by the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office with felony counts of robbery and hate crimes, Watson said.

An Occupy Oakland organizer could not be reached for comment on Friday evening.

Berkeley Police Too ‘Occupied’ to Deal With Brutal Beating That Left Man Dead

A man in Berkeley was beaten to death while confronting a protester. And according to reports, police were too busy dealing with Occupy protesters to respond.

The San Francisco Chronicle has the story explaining how an unidentified victim savagely beaten by a trespasser — suspected to be a mentally ill 23-year-old named Daniel Jordan Dewitt — attempted to call the police regarding his assailant. The call was ignored because Berkeley police were too busy dealing with Occupy Oakland protesters:

The victim had called police on a nonemergency line after first seeing Dewitt, according to sources familiar with the case. But police were busy monitoring an Occupy Oakland march to UC Berkeley, and officers were dispatched only to high-priority calls.

The trespassing call was even further ignored when an officer told the dispatcher he had plans to go check out the call, but was told not to go. Minutes later, the victim was beaten to death with a potted plant.

The alleged perpetrator, Dewitt, is a graduate of Alameda High, where he played football, as well as the grandson of a former Berkeley city councilman. His mother told authorities he had a “history of mental illness,” though of what kind, it is not known.

Occupy Oakland, on the other hand, has been far more consistent and understandable in its application of violence and trespassing. Protesters have already degenerated into violence in the city — as even the Huffington Post, which many believe is sympathetic toward the movement, reported:

A protest that shut down the Port of Oakland to show the broadening reach of the Occupy Wall Street movement ended in violence when police in riot gear arrested dozens of protesters overnight who broke into a vacant building, shattered downtown windows, sprayed graffiti and set blazes along the way.

Ironically, they claim to be the wronged party in these events. A lawsuit filed by Occupy Oakland against the city alleges that they have been the victims of excessive police brutality — brutality that offers claim was warranted, given the high amount of violence that has taken place among the protesters.

Gay Porn Movie Reportedly Filmed in a Tent at Occupy Oakland

The Occupy hysteria seems to get more bizarre as the days unfold. Now, an adult film company is looking to capitalize on the movement’s prominence. Dirty Boy Videos, a gay porn outfit, has reportedly filmed an explicit movie in a tent at the Occupy Oakland encampment.

The film, graphically titled, “Occupy My Throat,” has a tagline that reads, ”Police can ban the erection of tents at Occupy Wall Street, but they can’t keep us from pitching a tent in our pants!” The New York Observer describes the bizarre undertaking as, “a homoerotic caper through the tents of Oakland’s Occupation.”

As it turns out, the movie may have been inspired by Brandon Watts, a young man who lost his virginity at New York City’s Zuccotti Park before being arrested in a widely-reported (and somewhat bloody) standoff with police. Watts was notably the first individual to setup a tent in New York’s Zuccotti Park.

Man shot to death near Occupy Oakland camp

A young man was fatally shot Thursday evening just yards from the Occupy Oakland encampment outside City Hall. And before the ambulance had even pulled away, people were debating whether the killing was somehow linked to the month-old gathering.

The man, whom several Occupy campers said they did not recognize, was shot in the head at about 5 p.m. outside a BART station exit in Frank Ogawa Plaza, at 14th Street and Broadway. He was taken to Highland Hospital in Oakland, where he was pronounced dead, said interim Police Chief Howard Jordan.

Jordan – speaking to reporters over protesters who shouted, “This is not Occupy Oakland” – said two groups of people had gotten into a fight that ended when someone pulled out a gun and fired. Witnesses said they heard four to six shots, and saw several young men flee. No arrests have been made, and the dead man’s name has not been released.

Meet the Oakland Developer Who Used a Shotgun to ‘Discourage’ Occupy Rioters

Although some businesses have been targeted and vandalized by Occupy Oakland protesters, there is at least one businessman who refuses to be intimidated.

Phil Tagami is a well-known Oakland developer. Late Wednesday night, instead of going over paperwork or brokering deals, he was forced to defend a downtown building where he personally oversaw $50 million worth of renovations.

He also has an office there.

“We had people who attempted to break into our building,” the landmark Rotunda Building on Frank Ogawa Plaza outside City Hall, Tagami said. According to comments he made to the San Francisco Chronicle, Tagami grabbed a shotgun that he usually keeps at home, went down to the ground floor and “discouraged them.”

Although they didn’t get inside the building, vandals did scrawl graffiti on the outside walls during the post-midnight riot that broke out after Occupy Oakland’s daylong general strike, writes the Chronicle.

“I was standing there and they saw me there, and I lifted it – I didn’t point it – I just held it in my hands,” Tagami said. “And I just racked it, and they ran.”

Control of the Occutards

In Oakland … unions have exerted strong control. Result? Bombs being thrown at police. I told you at the beginning that Obama’s Children at these various occupy sites would be viewed by experienced leftists as what Lenin called “useful idiots,” ready to be used to promote certain causes. Looks like labor unions have an edge here……

Oakland Liberation Front Leaflet Slams Pacifists as Wimpy ‘Unpaid Soldiers’ of the Banksters

A pamphlet from a group calling itself the “Oakland Liberation Front” has surfaced that mocks any pacifists in the Occupy Oakland movement and calls for violence to achieve the “complete annihilation of capitalism.”

Given the past 24 hours in Oakland, which has seen destructive, violent riots and general chaos at the hands of the Occupiers, the underlying sentiments of the frightening flyer below seem completely in line with the goals of Occupy Oakland.

The pamphlet makes a series of statements about non-violent resistance, then lists a number of accusations about pacifists in the movement, including: “You are the subject that divides under the guise of unity and the people,“ and ”you are their unpaid soldiers.”
