Liberal NutJob Ron Pagano To Run For Wicomico County Council

There is a rumor on some blogs and liberal whacko Ron Pagano has filed to run against Joe Holloway for Wicomico County Council.

God help us all!!If this is true, what say you?

Updated:

Dear Friends and Family:
After much deliberation, discussing it with my wife, Nancy, and meeting with many folks in the area, I have decided to join the race for the Wicomico County Council’s 5th District. It is a large district, mostly rural, but also covering towns and villages, from Delmar to Willards, and out to the Eastern edge of the County.
What I hope to bring to the race is my passion to fight for the issues I take on, whether for the unemployed, veterans, former inmates who want to turn their lives around, the disabled, or the host of other issues I have worked on in my life.
As many of you know, I have faced many obstacles in my 60 years, but I have always been an optimist, knowing that I have the ability to overcome anything I put my heart and mind to. My handicap has not kept me from pursuing my dreams, including my education, my family, my businesses or my beliefs. In fact, it is my handicap, along with all of the accompanying problems associated with it, that has pushed me to become the person and advocate I’ve become. I see problems and I want to help solve them, just as I’ve solved my own! If there is one thing I can impart from my own experiences, it is, “Never give up!”
My district is mostly rural, including many farms and rural communities. I may only have ‘farmed’ my backyard vegetable garden, but I have lived in rural, farmland communities for most of my adult life and when I met my wife, (who was born and raised in Parsonsburg), instead of discussing whether she might move to Anne Arundel County (where I was living at the time), I chose to move here, to Wicomico County, because I had come to love rural life, the slower pace and the people who live in places like this.
I promise the voters of the 5th District that I will fight for their concerns, just as I’ve always fought in the past. I look forward to opening a dialogue and finding new solutions to old problems. The way to the future is not through arguing, obstructing or refusing to see both sides; it is through finding ways to meet, talk, understand and compromise. All I ask from the voters is to hear what I have to say, and then watch, as I follow through. THAT’S the real test of any elected official!
The slogan for my campaign is, “Honor the past, plan for the future!” I hope that everyone will join me in this new challenge I’ve taken on. I’m eager to get started and find out how I can make life better for our community! I will be posting additional details about the campaign over the next few weeks.
With Warmest Regards,
Ron

Again, God help us all from this idiots.

Occupy Salisbury Goes Stupid

Those creating the war on women are blaming others.

From Delmarva Progressive(yuck):

It is that time of year. The primary is over and we have to move into full campaign gear. Campaigns do not begin in the fall. They properly begin now. That is, if you are serious about wanting to win! And serious is what progressives need to be as we work to turn back the tide of right-wing radicals.

And this is the time of year when we rightly focus on our relationships with minorities. I plan to do that, but there is also a leading majority which has caught my attention. If it had not caught my attention, I would have to be brain-dead. And it relates to the War on Women. This new war, which blew up out of the desert of state legislators, clearly points up the need for women to be much more prominent in politics, and leadership positions in general.

And that means we have to be much more proactive in seeking out women as candidates for office and, when we find them, give them our utmost support. Need I point out that we have such a candidate in Wendy Rosen? The choice is not an idle one. Spread the word. The outcome of women entering into politics in ever-increasing numbers represents a sea change in society, with implications we might not have thought about previously.

The War on Women tells us that we need to pay particular attention to gender relations. Surprise! Well, surprise for a reason which has been given less attention than it should. We already know that race relations are far worse than we would hoped for, or might have thought, but we now also need to understand some fundamental truths about gender relations.

One explanation for the War on Women is that we are now seeing some deep underlying problems revealed. It seems that we may be seeing a male backlash as women have become more prominent and, among other things, have gained control of their fertility. Now, women are under attack and the nature of the attack is astounding.

Previously, I noted that the legislative initiatives across the country would serve not just to undermine women’s health, but the well-being of families in general. The attacks are so widespread that it is impossible to attribute the activities to “ooops!” as a function of ideology. And it is being done in the open, and seemingly, without insight or understanding. It is not a stretch of imagination to suggest that this is not just ideological, as the right-wing has gained power. It seems it may be a manifestation of male power needs.

Sorry, guys, I have to say this. What is happening is not just a matter of misguided policies, ideology or slightly impaired judgment. This is serious, with deep implications for the well-being of all of us. It is time to put a clear focus on what is happening. In fact, this is not merely a matter of “gender relations”. Something more fundamental is going on and it would serve us well if we did self-examination and, I suspect, that academics might chime in with some observations from biology and cultural anthropology which would surely clarify the situation. We need to get this under control. The stakes are high and it is high time.

It is always the conservatives fault huh. I am so tired of this old as hell lie liberals keep throwing out there. Stupidity is everywhere, and its name is liberal.

Progressive Blogger and Occupy Salisbury Leader Ron Pagano Spews Propaganda

Letter to the editor in the Daily Times:

I’m tired of those who belittle the unemployed and those who need help from entitlement programs. These stalwarts of American individualism claim there are enough jobs for everyone who really wants to work — which means not blacks, immigrants, Hispanics or too lazy to get up off of their butts.

What is it about compassion, understanding and reality these “stalwarts” fail to grasp?

In the same breath, they praise those “rugged individuals” who “pull themselves up by their bootstraps” — those who start with nothing and scratch out a niche in their marketplace, working 18-hour days, six- or seven-day weeks, entrepreneurs of the late ’80s and ’90s, who started the “tech bubble.” Remember that one? These job creators are the backbone of America, and without them we’d have fallen into the great abyss.

Blah, blah, blah.

Call me crazy, but aren’t we deep in the abyss? Millions have lost their jobs, homes, cars, savings and investments. Those “job creators,” dot-com bubble-makers, Wall Street high-yield investment gurus, Bernie Madoff knock-offs,bankers who created the mortgage bubble and made billions when it burst and corporate executivess who sent millions of jobs overseas have sucked the life out of every working family. They point fingers at the unemployed, elderly, disabled, hungry children or mentally ill and say,”It’s their fault. Big government.Entitlement fever caused this.”

Fact: Big government didn’t cause the meltdown. It was greedy, sleight-of-hand financial games; devious, unconscionable rape of workers’ savings and investments — including homes that were manipulated into low or no-interest mortgages; creation of collatoralized debt obligations questionably rated by credit agencies; and Wall Street banks that put billions into mortgage debentures, but then ‘shorted’ them, betting that they would continue to collapse, and in the process, make them billions more without regard for the victim — the middle class.

I’m tired of hacks like Rep. Andy Harris blaming high taxes imposed on the wealthy and corporations — his supporters, the so-called “job creators” — for this economic mess.” Based on mean personal tax rates, there are only seven countries with lower rates than the United States (28 percent): Mexico (18 percent), Korea (16 percent), Australia (27 percent), Iceland (27 percent), Ireland (25 percent), New Zealand (21 percent) and Japan (27 percent). (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, 2007) The rest run up to 55 percent.

In 2008, the GAO reported that 55 percent of US businesses paid no federal income taxes during at least one year in the last seven it studied.

Based on these findings — and the widening gap between wealthy and middle-class incomes — is there anyone who really thinks the rich or businesses are worse off now than they were 30 years ago?

I am tired of leftists spewing forth lies. I am tired of being blamed for their failures and the misery they create. The type of thinking above is one big reason America is in the trouble it is now.

Occupy Salisbury: Another Failed Liberal Idea

As you can see there were thousands of angry liberal protestors this past Saturday, NOT!

In Fact…………

…there may have been more cops than protestors.

How many police officers were at the Salisbury Tea Party? Nowhere near this many.

They have no idea which way is up do they?

I wonder if more hateful Liberals would have showed up if there was free drugs, free sex and free food. maybe that is why the cops were out so early. At least Salisbury is out in front and not allowing these violent thugs to try and take our city.

This is from WMDT 47:

A dozen of citizens stood out front of Bank of America in Salisbury on Saturday to encourage residents to withdraw their money from big banks and reinvest in smaller local institutions.

They believe Bank of America and other major corporations continue to reap huge profits while a large majority of Americans suffer financial hardships.

The event is part of a nationwide day of protest some are calling it “Make Wall Street Pay,” others label it “Bank Transfer Day”.

What a big write up. Again, Liberal moochers need free items to come out and protest.

Now this pic should scare Freedom loving Americans.

Is this what the Occupy Wall Street wants? Is this what Occupy Salisbury wants?
