The Hill reported:

The Obama administration is set to announce another major delay in implementing the Affordable Care Act, easing election pressure on Democrats.

As early as this week, according to two sources, the White House will announce a new directive allowing insurers to continue offering health plans that do not meet ObamaCare’s minimum coverage requirements.

Prolonging the “keep your plan” fix will avoid another wave of health policy cancellations otherwise expected this fall.
The cancellations would have created a firestorm for Democratic candidates in the last, crucial weeks before Election Day.

The White House is intent on protecting its allies in the Senate, where Democrats face a battle to keep control of the chamber.

“I don’t see how they could have a bunch of these announcements going out in September,” one consultant in the health insurance industry said. “Not when they’re trying to defend the Senate and keep their losses at a minimum in the House. This is not something to have out there right before the election.”

The White House and the Department of Health and Human Services on Monday both said they had no updates to announce.

Late last year, the administration was grappling with the beleaguered HealthCare.gov and millions of canceled health plans in the individual market.

The Obama administration has filed legal papers appealing a decision by the Supreme Court to protect a group of Catholic nuns from being forced to obey the controversial birth control mandate.

As LifeNews reported this week, in a huge 11th-hour victory for pro-life advocates, the Supreme Court issued an order late Tuesday night stopping the Obama administration from forcing a group of Catholic nuns to obey the HHS mandate that compels them to pay for abortion-causing drugs and birth control.

The group Little Sisters of the Poor received a temporary injunction from the Supreme Court protecting them from the controversial HHS contraceptive mandate. The injunction means that the Little Sisters will not be forced to sign and deliver forms authorizing and directing others to provide contraceptives, sterilizations and drugs and devices that cause abortions.

The Obama administration on Tuesday published a year-end list of the White House’s “Favorite Online Moments of 2013” to propagandize the Team Obama as masters of the Internet.

The thirteen item list, posted by Kori Schulman, Director of Online Engagement for the Office of Digital Strategy, includes boasting about making cute GIFs for Tumblr; video clips for Vine; President Barack Obama holding online sessions on Kindle, Google+ Hangout and Zillow; Obama photos being posted by the administration on Instagram and several officials joining Twitter.

Not mentioned by Ms. Schulman is even a passing acknowledgement of the world renowned failure of the Obamacare Website in October of 2013 or the exposure by Edward Snowden of the Obama administration’s monitoring and cataloguing the online activities of nearly every citizen and leader of the world.

While the Obama administration, aided by a sycophantic media, portrays itself as the hippest, cutting edgiest players on the Web, the debut of Obamacare exposed the sheer incompetence and hubris of Team Obama for all to see.

Millions of Americans wasted millions of hours trying in vain to sign up for Obamacare online or to at least get information about available plans.

As several million Americans started getting notices their health insurance would be cancelled in 2014 because of Obamacare regulations, which was contrary to promises made by Obama and his minions, the White House tried to spin its way out of culpability.

Close presidential advisor Valerie Jarrett was roundly criticized for a tweet attempting to blame insurance companies for people losing their health insurance due to Obamacare.

What idiots.
A recent Harvard study found that 81% of young Democrats approved of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) but only 68% of young Democrats approved of Obamacare… It’s the same thing.

A new Congressional Budget Office study has torn in hole in yet another one of President Obama’s insistent claims about the way things are.

The Congressional Budget Office study, “The Distribution of Household Income and Federal Taxes, 2010, ” shows that the top 40 percent of households, based on pre-tax income, paid a remarkable 106.2 percent of the nation’s income tax in 2010. Meanwhile, households in the bottom 40 percent paid “negative income tax,” receiving an average of $18,950 in government transfer payments while paying no federal income tax.

Now he is being audited by the IRS.
Frontpage reported:

Bill Elliot was a cancer patient who lost his insurance due to ObamaCare and couldn’t pay the expensive new premiums. He was talking about paying the ObamaCare fine, going without health insurance and “letting nature take its course.”

He went on FOX News where his story was picked up by C. Steven Tucker, a health insurance broker who helped him keep his insurance.

Now suddenly Bill Elliot is being audited for 2009 with an interview only scheduled in April 2014. Assuming he lives that long. That might be a coincidence, but Tucker is being audited back to 2003.

What a horrible woman.
Democrat Senator Kay Hagan told her constituents yesterday they were losing their health care because of Insurance companies.

Kagan is one of several Democrats who promised Americans, “You can keep your insurance, if you like your insurance.”
It was a lie.

ABC Local reported:

Hagan was one of the speakers at Monday’s forum but was attacked for her own leadership role when it comes to Obamacare.

ABC11 asked Hagan about the infamous promise that the public could keep their health insurance if they wanted, but she ducked the question more than once, blaming insurance companies instead.

“I think you look back at the insurance companies, for three years, sold these policies without telling the consumer that they would have to be canceled,” said Hagan when asked if she knew people would lose their policies.

Meanwhile, Ellmers has been trying to scuttle the Affordable Care Act from the outset.

“We were made a promise, that the American people would be able to keep their health insurance if they liked it and that they would be able to keep their doctor. Now we’re finding out that those things are not true and we’ve got to fix it,” Ellmers told ABC11.

Although Hagan did not want to talk about the promise, she was quick to talk about the problems and potential fixes.
