Muslims: ‘Killing Jews Is Worship’

A controversy has been re-ignited this week as ten new ads go up on San Francisco Muni buses containing quotes used by terrorists.

“Killing Jews is worship that draws us closer to Allah,” reads one of the ads, which has people debating the line between free speech and hate speech.

“The purpose of our campaign is to show the reality of Jihad, the root causes of terrorism. Using the exact quotes and text that they use,” said Pamela Geller of the American Freedom Defense Institute.

Several San Francisco city leaders, including District Attorney George Gascon, have condemned the campaign.

“San Francisco won’t tolerate Islamophobic bigotry,” said Gascon. “The only thing necessary for evil to prevail is for good people to look the other way and do nothing.”

Board of Supervisors President David Chiu said the American Freedom Defense Initiative is made of “well-known hate extremists” and said he is introducing a resolution at Tuesday’s board meeting to denounce the ads.

Geller said the ads were a response to another bus ad campaign earlier this year by the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

Clinton asked for more security in Benghazi, Obama said no

Last night, it was revealed that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had ordered more security at the U.S. mission in Benghazi before it was attacked where four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens were murdered by Al-Qaeda but President Obama denied the request.

The news broke on TheBlazeTV’s “Wilkow!” hosted by Andrew Wilkow, by best-selling author, Ed Klein who said the legal counsel to Clinton had informed him of this information.

Klein also said that those same sources said that former President Bill Clinton has been “urging” his wife [Hillary] to release official State Department documents that prove she called for additional security at the compound in Libya, which would almost certainly result in President Obama losing the election.

Klein explained that everyone knew what was happening in Benghazi from the CIA to the National Security Agency and that there’s intelligence cables that have not been released.

Wilkow asked, “If everybody knew this including the White House, who would have given the order to go in and save the ambassador?”

Klein, “The President…he should have given the order to use the rapid reaction force…”

Wilkow, “Not Petraeus?”

Klein, “Well it has to come from the president.”

Wilkow also asked Klein about Valerie Jarrett who’s the Senior Advisor to Obama and Assistant to the President for Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs, and her role in this cover-up.

Klein said, “We don’t know but we can only assume that every action that the president takes, and he said so, he is on the record saying “I don’t take any actions without passing it by Valerie Jarrett”… so we have to assume that Valerie Jarrett whose also by the way, hooked into the Chicago campaign line…she has a direct line to David Axlerod, was a part of this whole cover-up in the White House.”

Darkness Descending in England

As bad as things are trending here in the States, Europe and most assuredly the UK are in full meltdown. The crackdown on counter jihad activists is tantamount to national suicide. Does the British government think it is in the national security interest to crush those who are fighting fascism, sharia and islamization? They will silence the reasonable and moderate. If the upper echelons of the British government (and don’t kid yourself, these orders are coming from on high) destroy the EDL, more radical movements will replace it.

It’s all quite horrible. I know these men, They are good, decent and fine.

The arrest of over 53 people in the United Kingdom is the beginning of the end for the once-great Britain. The leaders of the English Defence League (EDL), Tommy Robinson and Kevin Carroll, were among those arrested, as well as Paul Weston of the British Freedom Party (BFP). I spoke with Kevin Carroll about his recent arrest and that of Robinson and Weston, and he told me the appalling details.

Carroll told me that British authorities tried everything in the book to stop him from running for Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for the Bedfordshire Police Authority. Nonetheless, he officially won the right to run for PCC last Friday. But then the very next day, British authorities carried out these mass arrests of EDL and BFP members, stripping them and forcing them to wear white paper overalls like those that are given to incarcerated terrorists. They were allowed no phone calls.

Meanwhile, British police raided the homes of Carroll, Robinson, and three others who had been arrested. “They absolutely ransacked mine,” Carroll told me. “They smashed the door off and wrecked my home. They took my only vehicle, with all the tools of my trade inside, and impounded it, as well as Tommy’s car.” The police the bomb squad, forensics teams and sniffer dogs spent seven and a half hours stripping Carroll’s van to the bone. “When they finished,” he said, “they found nothing! They loaded it up with bugs and GPS monitors and threw everything in the back; it looks like it’s been in a blender.”

After smashing the door to Carroll’s home off its hinges, police officials repaired it, got a locksmith to put on a new lock, and left with the new keys, leaving Carroll locked out of his own home. When Carroll was released, still wearing his white paper prison suit, it was dark and raining; true to form, police officials offered him no transportation, even though it was late at night on a Sunday.

Robinson is being held in Wandsworth prison, an old and antiquated structure with a large population of Muslim prisoners. Weston was arrested and later released without charge for refusing to leave a reception area without information about Robinson. And it is clear why officials would not want that information to get out: not only has Robinson been placed with the general prison population instead of segregated for his own protection, but prison officials have even put him in a cell with hostile Muslims. He was allowed to call his wife Jenna, and told her that he knew it was going to be “lively” in the cell, and that was an understatement: prison officials have deliberately put Robinson in physical danger and even endangered his life. Carroll contacted a high-ranking police official to request that Robinson be segregated, and received a promise that he would be, but it hasn’t happened yet – and Robinson has even been denied bail.

Mona Eltahawy vs. Free Speech

Author’s note: I sent this article to Matt Seaton of the Guardian in response to Mona Eltahawy’s defamatory piece there, justifying her vandalism of my ad in the New York subways: “In any war between the civilized man and the savage, support the civilized man. Support Israel. Defeat jihad.” Seaton responded: “I don’t see how the article was defamatory, but in any case I would welcome it if you wanted to post in the discussion thread under Mona’s article. Alternatively, I think you have a well-followed blog; plus you did have your say in the subway ads in the first instance.”

So only one side gets a say in the Guardian. I am not surprised that it would be the side trying to justify the infringement of my freedom of speech.

In her Guardian piece justifying her vandalism of my ad in the New York subway and infringement of my freedom of speech, Mona Eltahawy claims that five days after her hateful and malicious act, “a man set fire to my brother’s local mosque.” Then she says of her vandalism: “I broke the law, yes. So what?” What would Eltahawy say if the person who set fire to the mosque said the same thing? While claiming to uphold the freedom of speech and rule of law, Eltahawy reveals her hypocrisy, and her contempt for both.

Eltahawy goes on about her “love of the first amendment,” while demonstrating her abysmal lack of understanding of what the freedom of speech is, how it works, and why it is important. How is destroying private property free speech? Vandalism is not freedom of speech, it’s barbarism; in a word, it’s savagery. If Mona Eltahawy wanted to exercise her freedom of speech, she could have bought her own advertisement and expressed herself any way she wished. Attacking people with toxic spray (and yes, she did spraypaint Pamela Hall, as the video shows, contrary to her claims in her piece), and destroying property is not freedom of expression or any legitimate form of protest.

But it isn’t just the First Amendment that she doesn’t get: clearly Mona Eltahawy’s grasp on the facts, and reality in general, is tenuous at best. “When Islamophobes in Europe,” she writes, “Geert Wilders and the English Defense League – unite to come to visit Geller and meet with mainstream Republican heavyweight such as Andrew Bolt and Newt Gingrich, you must understand it is for the purpose of vilifying all Muslims.” Andrew Bolt is a mainstream Republican heavyweight? The only Andrew Bolt I know of is a journalist in Australia; I haven’t met him.

Anti-semitism in Chapel Hill

The closet anti-semites came out of the closet last Thursday night in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The small and less than quaint town of Chapel Hill is running the notorious anti-Israel ads on their city buses. I have submitted our pro-Israel ads in response to counter the vicious annihilationist message and have not heard back yet from the town.

Townspeople have written me, alerting me to a contentious town meeting, with anti-semites out in force arguing against accepting the AFDI ads, shouting down holocaust survivors and their children. It sounds like a Bund rally. Once the city of Chapel Hill permitted political ads on their buses (no matter how ugly ie the anti-Israel ads) they cannot pick and choose what message they will or won’t allow. Clearly, the town council and given Chapel Hill a black eye – allowing anti-Jewish messages to pollute their buses while refusing a counter message of freedom and support for a key ally.

Rest assured that the town will be sued if they dare post vile anti-Jewish posters without allowing a defense against such hateful propaganda. The “end US aid to Israel” implies that aid to israel is an impediment to peace, when in fact it is an impediment to the annihilation of Israel. It’s an ugly business, this hatred of the Jews, Chapel Hill.

Here is a letter from one of the villagers to the Mayor of Chapel Hill:

Dear Mayor Kleinschmdt and Council Members,

Thank you for running a very orderly meeting last night. After listening to the comments of the Council Members last evening and sleeping on them last night, I want to share this proposed letter or op/ed which I plan to submit to local media. There was a major omission that I did not realize until later, namely:

No Discussion of the Staff Decision: the “gorilla in the room” at the Council Meeting Last night at the Chapel Hill Council meeting on the Anti-Israel ads, we heard a very well informed group of people explain to the Town Council that the ads fronted by Reverend Davidson but really supported by an anti-Israel national conspiracy were more than merely controversial, but were, in fact, specifically contrary to the Council Guidance.
It is clear that the Council Members face a dilemma they wish had never happened. If they accept the threat and contention from other speakers and from the ACLU that the ads are protected by the first amendment even on a “non-public forum”, how can they refuse the Geller ads, which have already been submitted? These read: “In any war between a civilized man and a savage, support the civilized man. Support Israel. Defeat Jihad.” This is a very angry ad that was specifically designed by Pamela Geller to respond to the subway posting of the very same ad in NY that Davidson has posted here. Her ad was designed to skirt the exceptions to free speech guarantees just as the Davidson ad is. After a well-funded court battle, her ad is running in NY. She beat NY on this issue and she will beat Chapel Hill. The comments made by several of the Council members indicated a desire to uphold the decision of the staff to accept the anti-Israel ad and to ultimately reject the Geller ad as “too hateful.” One Councilwoman (Donna Bell) immediately grasped the absurdity and the ultimate failure of this tactic.
But no one even raised the question of reviewing and possibly reversing the decision taken by the unnamed and hidden staff. A better-informed staff would have taken the trouble to look under the hood to see the real purpose of the ad, to attack and endanger a recognizable people just as surely as some see Geller attacking all Moslems. Note that the word “Moslem” does not appear in her ad, but instead “Jihad” which is a political group of terrorists, not a “people.”

Pro-jihadist leftie teacher vandalizes anti-jihad Savage ads at Washington DC metro station

New ads from Pamela Geller’s ”Civilized Man vs Savage’ campaign posted in four DC Metro stations were vandalized by leftists (and Muslims?) within hours. High school teacher Debbie Polhemus covered up the letters of the ad with yellow Post-it notes giving an alternative message to the ad, which equated Muslims with savages. (NO, it equated jihadists with savages…but I guess Debbie considers ALL Muslims jihadists)

Washington Examiner The high school teacher said she wanted to counteract the American Freedom Defense Initiative’s right to free speech with her own right to free speech, all without actually defacing the sign. “This is a public space, and we don’t like hate speech,” she told The Washington Examiner. “And not to do anything would be to allow this speech. … It would be hurtful.” Her message at the Takoma Metro station on the Red Line instead included: “If you see something hateful say something peaceful.” (Exactly what the original sign says – ‘Support Israel’)

MTA‘s New Advertising Rules ’Plain Dumb’ & ‘Unconstitutional’

Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz is slamming new rules New York City’s Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) has adopted in the wake of its legal battle against blogger Pamela Geller and her anti-terrorism ads, calling the MTA move “plain dumb” and unconstitutional.”

On Friday, TheBlaze reported that the MTA changed its guidelines on what advertising it will accept from now on after losing in court to Geller and her group, the American Freedom Defense Initiative, thus being forced to display the ads which read: “In any war between the civilized man and the savage, support the civilized man. Support Israel. Defeat Jihad.”

Specifically, the MTA has set a new litmus test for ads and will no longer display those which the MTA “reasonably foresees would incite or provoke violence or other immediate breach of the peace, and so harm, disrupt, or interfere with safe, efficient, and orderly transit operations.”

Prof. Alan Dershowitz, a staunch defender of Israel and a political liberal, is calling the new rules bad policy that will have the unintended consequence of encouraging violence. He spoke to the New York Jewish newspaper The Algemeiner:
