May 30, 2019

Thursday morning, DeBlasio — who always seems to find time for his Quixotic presidential run — was spotted at his usual coffee shop, Colson Patisserie, in Brooklyn at about 7:30 a.m. and his security detail was spotted at his favorite gym, the Park Slope Y, starting at about 8:30 a.m. and remained until about 10 a.m.

A spokesman said he was attending an “internal meeting” at Gracie Mansion afterwards, coinciding with the half-hour ceremony — without providing any other details.

A Cuomo spokesman said the governor never planned to attend the dedication, but insisted he supported The Glade. Richard Azzopardi said his boss “was always going to be in Albany dealing with end of session issues.”

Last October I joined Duquense University for their National Conference of the First Amendment with mainstream media stalwarts like The New York Times and The Washington Post.

I was the one of the only independent journalists in attendance and **certainly** the only journalist with the conviction to defend our methods in front of the establishment’s most powerful players.

This week, the president of Duquense, Ken Gormley, defended his decision to include Project Veritas in their summit of established media. He notes that before the conference, students widely opposed…

Dershowitz: Shame on Robert Mueller for exceeding his role

From TheHill.com:

Dershowitz: Shame on Robert Mueller for exceeding his role

Until today, I have defended Mueller against the accusations that he is a partisan. I did not believe that he personally favored either the Democrats or the Republicans, or had a point of view on whether President Trump should be impeached. But I have now changed my mind. By putting his thumb, indeed his elbow, on the scale of justice in favor of impeachment based on obstruction of justice, Mueller has revealed his partisan bias. He also has distorted the critical role of a prosecutor in our justice system.

Witness: Bronfmans tried to apply political pressure

NXIVM wanted prosecutors to clamp down on its enemies

Robert Gavin May 16, 2019

NEW YORK — Files containing information on Albany County District Attorney David Soares, former state Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno and former Gov. EliotSpitzer were kept in a box in the basement of NXVIM president Nancy Salzman’s home, an investigator testified Thursday at the federal trial of Keith Raniere.

The files bearing those prominent names — as well as dossiers on notorious political consultant Roger Stone, U.S. Sen. Charles E. Schumer and Times Union Publisher George Hearst, among others — were discovered during a March 2018 raid on Salzman’s home at 3 Oregon Trail in Halfmoon, according to State Police Investigator Charles Fontinelli, who worked on an FBI task force probing NXIVM.

Would they do this to Mike Wallace?

And if they did, would everyone in the room laugh?

Federal Judge Martin Reidinger raised these questions in Teter v. Veritas.

In fact, he highlights a point that has surrounded many of our legal battles:

If this was any other journalist . . . if it wasn’t Project Veritas and James O’Keefe . . . would these lawsuits be credible?

If you’ve ever been in front of a jury — it feels like spinning a roulette wheel —…

Mueller to defend Trump from the fake news.

a12iggymom's Blog

MAY 28, 2019

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has been largely silent since he brought the Russia investigation to an end.

Mueller delivered the report that largely exonerated President Donald Trump — and went back to work.

But this week he finally had enough of the fake news and anti-Trump spin. Mueller is finally speaking out about lies regarding his report.

Author Michael Wolff, who last year released “Fire and Fury,” is back in the spotlight again with his upcoming anti-Trump book, “Siege.” The Guardianobtained an early copy of the book and according to reports, Wolff claims to know that Mueller and his team drew up Trump on three counts of obstruction of justice but decided to toss the charges.

According to Wolff’s sources, the so-called charges were as follows:

  • “influencing, obstructing or impeding a pending proceeding”
  • “tampering with a witness, victim or informant”
  • “retaliating against a witness, victim or…

Yes, Trump Can Invoke the Insurrection Act to Deport Immigrants

a12iggymom's Blog

There is truly, an existential crises in today’s America being invaded through all ports of entry and across vast areas of borderlands both north and south. President Trump MUST use all legal means to still this invasion and send all invaders and their families back to their homelands.

It is much better for these people to be in their native homes and request help from the United States.

MAY 17, 2019 Stephen I. Vladeck
Professor of law at the University of Texas School of Law

One of the most interesting legal phenomena of the Trump administration has been the increased use of—and public focus on—previously obscure federal statutes that delegate surprisingly broad power to the president. From using the National Emergencies Act to build his border wall and the Federal Vacancies Reform Act to control the upper echelons of the executive branch, to using the Trade Expansion Act to raise…

UAP: Tell the President to save our Warriors

a12iggymom's Blog

Fox News, the Washington Examiner, and even the New York Times report that President Trump will pardon several wrongly accused American Service Members on Memorial Day.

That’s why I’m urgently asking you to sign this WARRIOR PARDON PETITION right away.

It’s unacceptable that bureaucrats are second-guessing the actions of our Service Members in combat from the comfort of their offices in Washington.

It’s outrageous that our military leaders have caved to political correctness and dangerously narrowed the Rules of Engagement – forcing our Warriors to fight the enemy with one arm tied behind their backs.

And it’s absolutely shameful that American Heroes like 1LT Clint Lorance, SGT Derrick Miller, and MAJ Matthew Golsteyn are unfairly charged with crimes for saving American lives in combat – while traitors like “American Taliban” John Walker Lindh, Bowe Bergdahl, and Bradley Manning walk free.

That’s why I’m calling on President Trump to end…

WeWork, a 41 Billion Dollar Pretend Workplace

a12iggymom's Blog

“building 41 billion dollars of unique office space based upon this theory is insanity”

After 9 years of operations they are losing 2 billion per year, and now they want to beg for money in the stock market so they can eventually achieve their grand vision for the future of working

Wework is in the business of coworking office space According to deskmag.com, coworking is described like this:

“What makes coworking special? An important precondition of coworking is the exceptional situation of coworkers. They work mostly in self-determined situations: the majority are self-employed freelancers, or entrepreneurs with their employees, as well as an increasing number of employees of large companies”.

It sounds great, but….it’s been 9 years now. To lose 2 billion dollars in 1 year would be a huge blow to any company.

Wework is still a unique idea that is worth trying out, but building 41…
