I think Sen. Coburn was brilliant in asking that question as it relates to Obamacare. I’m just afraid there will be Repubs that vote to confirm her. There are too many rinos in the Repub party. I think Snowe, Collins, Brown, Gregg, McCain, etc. will vote to confirm her. If there was ever a time to filibuster it’s now. She is an Obama clone and will be extremely dangerous on the Supreme Court.
