Idiotic!!!! White House: Boko Haram Is An Education Problem, Not A Jihad

White House officials are openly trying to portray the Boko Haram jihad movement as a symbolic obstacle to girls’ educational progress, instead of another murderous Islamist group that could be fought by U.S. forces.

The straight-faced effort to change the subject from jihad to education policy is a reach even for the White House’s media team, partly because the jihadi group has a decade-long history of bombing Christian churches and schools, and killing thousands of Africans.

On May 12, for example, the group paraded more than 100 kidnapped girls who have converted to Islam to escape rape.

The first lady and President Barack Obama are “deeply concerned… about the fate of these girls and broadly concerned about what these girls represent in terms of the power and importance of making sure that girls around the world are educated,” White House spokesman Jay Carney said May. 12.

The roughly 276 girls “are suffering specifically and individually, but they are also suffering on behalf of a broader proposition, which is that whether you’re a girl or a boy, you should have all the rights to education that can be attained in the country in which you live,” he said.

“And I think that’s a principle that obviously the president and first lady support, and it’s a principle that most Americans, I think — I would daresay all Americans support,” he said.

The two assailants struck the victim with a car then jumped out and began hacking and slashing him with knives and a meat cleaver. The murderers then strutted around the victim’s body for 15 to 20 minutes until armed police arrived, upon which the self-proclaimed jihadists launched an assault on the police and were shot.

Most strange is the way that the attackers waited around after the slaughter, strutting and bragging, but not particularly threatening or attempting to harm any of the onlookers, until armed police units finally arrived, at which point the murderers commenced what could only be characterized as a suicide attack – having brought knives to a gunfight.

Many have asked why the attackers just waited around for the armed police. Why didn’t they flee or continues attacking others, as one might expect from a couple of crazed murderers? What were they waiting for?

The answer to that question is very significant. These men were waiting for their tickets to Paradise – and 72 virgins. They engaged in their act of jihad, killing an “infidel aggressor, enemy of Islam,” and then waited around for the armed police to show up so they could die in battle for Allah’s glory, martyrs, and therefore elected for special rewards in Paradise. The Somali Muslim operator of a home health care business gunned down three people who worked there — including his business partner — Thursday afternoon before taking his own life, police and others said. The shots were fired about 1:40 p.m. at A K Home Health Care in the Cherokee Place Business Incubator at 2715 Cherokee Street. A friend of the gunman said, “He told me for two or three years, ‘I’m going to kill people and then myself,’ but nobody took him seriously.”

Bomber Mama Zubeidat Tsarnaev Told Her Sons to Go to Palestine and Wage Jihad

Zubeidat Tsarnaeva, the mother of Boston bombers Tamerlan and Dzhohkar Tsarnaev, told her sons to go to Palestine to fight the jihad.

Instead her sons planted bombs at the Boston Marathon.

The mother of the alleged Boston Marathon bombers spoke with her older son about going to “Palestine”, as reported by the Al Arabiya network.

In a conversation tapped by Russian authorities, Zubeidat Tsarnaeva suggested that her sons go to Palestine during a discussion about jihad. The Russian security service intercepted the 2011 phone conversation as part of a wider monitoring programme, the fruits of which have now been turned over to US officials.

Russia told the FBI in early 2011 that they believed Tamerlan, 26, and his mother were religious extremists. Following what the Associated Press called a “limited inquiry,” the FBI closed the case in June 2011.

If you think 9/11 Muslim suicide bombers, honor killers, Fort Hood massacre, Times Square bomber, London, Madrid, Bali, Mumbai, etc. Islamic terrorists, you are correct. But these bus ads from terror-linked CAIR that are rolling out across the United States will try to convince you otherwise.

CAIR Ahmed Raheb, a Muslim thug employed by CAIR (Council on Anti-American Islamic Relations) in Chicago, has recently put out an ad campaign to change the view of the word “jihad” and, by the transitive property, change the image people have of Muslims.

Jihad is ‘getting to a better place,’ says CAIR campaign

An Islamic-advocacy group linked to terrorism is launching a public-relations campaign to argue that jihad doesn’t mean Islamic holy war, but instead a “concerted effort … with the purpose of getting to a better place.”

However, the campaign, which is being launched Dec. 14 by an affiliate of the Council on American Islamic Relations, isn’t a formal religious declaration by United States or Arab Islamic authorities, and it does clash with orthodox judgments dating back 1,400 years to the beginning of Islam.

“It is [public] education about what we believe,” said Ahmed Rehab, who serves as the founder of the project, head of CAIR’s Chicago affiliate and CAIR’s strategic communications chief.

French Mother Faces Charges After Sending Son Named ‘Jihad’ to School Wearing ‘I Am a Bomb’ T-Shirt

France appears to be transforming into a hotbed of radical Islam and antisemitism, with a reported 45% increase in anti-Semitic attacks in the first 8 months of 2012 than over the same time period in 2011. Thankfully the most recent incident resulted in no fatalities, but it’s certainly an interesting window into the mind of a radical.

The Times of Israel explains:

French woman is slated to face charges of “apologie de crime,” which can be translated as advocating violence, after sending her 3-year-old son, Jihad, to kindergarten dressed in a T-shirt bearing the inscriptions “I am a bomb” on the front and “Jihad. Born September 11″ on the back.

The incident took place on September 25 in the town of Sorgues, in the district of Avignon, southern France, but has only been reported now. The divorced woman’s brother, who allegedly supplied the offensive shirt, is set to face charges together with his sister. According to the French daily Le Figaro, the two were remanded in custody awaiting their trial, which was set for December 19.

According to reports, when the kindergarten teacher noticed the message on the clothing, she gave the child another shirt to put atop the offensive garment, and notified the authorities.

Local officials confirmed the child’s identity and date of birth.

According to the Avignon prosecutor Bernard Marchal, the mother “was very surprised by the reaction” to the incident, which she called a “provocation,” and said she did not expect the case would “assume such proportions.” He noted that neither the child’s mother nor his uncle were identified as radical Islamists.

50 Christians burned to death in pastor’s home

Fifty members of a northern Nigerian church were burned to death in their pastor’s house.

The attack by armed gunmen was only the first in a 12-village spree of violence that left over 100 dead in northern Nigeria’s Plateau State, a region that had previously been outside Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram’s operational area and is the homeland of the largely Muslim Fulani tribesmen.

Yet Boko Haram claimed responsibility for the attacks and threatened even more violence.

Open Doors, USA spokesman Jerry Dykstra says this most recent wave of attacks is quickly turning all of Nigeria into deadly religious battlefield, where Boko Haram is declaring Christians must covert … or die.

“Nigeria is truly becoming the new killing field for Christians. Hundreds of Christians have already been brutally murdered – including women and children – by the Boko Haram,” Dykstra said. “The Boko Haram earlier this week said that all Christians need to turn to Islam or ‘they would never know peace again.’ Their goal is make all of Nigeria a country run and dominated by Shariah law.”

Church of Christ of Nigeria officials report that all of their denomination’s church buildings were burned to the ground in the 12-town rampage.

Plateau State is home to the nomadic and largely Muslim Fulani tribesmen, the group that some Nigerian security officials say was originally blamed for the attack.

Nigerian criminal justice consultant Innocent Chukwuma is reported as saying the logistics suggest that Boko Haram could not have acted alone.

“I don’t think that Boko Haram could, out of nowhere, have raided these villages. They couldn’t do that without local support and collaboration,” Chukwoma said according to the report.

Fulani spokesmen denied responsibility and had no response to a potential alliance with Boko Haram.

Heritage Foundation Africa analyst Morgan Roach leans against Boko Haram’s involvement because of the Fulani tribe’s violent track record.

“Attacks on Christian villages are not new in Plateau State, as Fulani tribesmen are known to have raided Christian communities in the past,” Roach said.

Muslims Like Porn?

We don’t know if the porno stash found in his house was his or not. He had two sons living with him, and there were two other families living there.

But this isn’t the first time we’ve seen jihadis think “Porno is Great!”

A stash of pornography was found in the hideout of Osama bin Laden by the U.S. commandos who killed him, current and former U.S. officials said on Friday.

The pornography recovered in bin Laden’s compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, consists of modern, electronically recorded video and is fairly extensive, according to the officials, who discussed the discovery with Reuters on condition of anonymity.

The officials said they were not yet sure precisely where in the compound the pornography was discovered or who had been viewing it. Specifically, the officials said they did not know if bin Laden himself had acquired or viewed the materials.

Reports from Abbottabad have said that bin Laden’s compound was cut off from the Internet or other hard-wired communications networks. It is unclear how compound residents would have acquired the pornography.

But a video released by the Obama administration confiscated from the compound showed bin Laden watching pictures of himself on a TV screen, indicating that the compound was equipped with video playback equipment.

Allah at Hot Air makes an interesting point:

All of this is comedy gold, needless to say, but I don’t get the people who think it’s some sort of, er, master stroke of U.S. propaganda. Not a single one of Bin Laden’s followers will believe the porn story, I’d bet, and there’s really no way to prove we’re telling the truth. It’ll be dismissed as more of the kufr’s lies aimed at humiliating the blessed sheikh Osama Bin Blahblah, etc. Which is fine by me – I don’t care if they’re angry. But the administration does care, or else they wouldn’t be resisting demands to release the Bin Laden death photos. Gloating over Osama’s death, we’re told, will only increase the risk to our troops in the field, so let’s not make it any harder for them by spiking the football. Well, we’re spiking it here too via sexual embarrassment and unprovable allegations of grave religious sin, and given jihadis’ insane psychological hang-ups about women and cleanliness, we’re arguably spiking it in a way that’s even more incendiary than showing them the kill shot. Again, that’s A-OK by me, but I’m not sure how the White House reconciles these two positions.

In a related vein, President Obama has taken to “spiking the football” himself during his campaign speeches, getting applause when mentioning the death of bin Laden.

What was that about the American people shouldn’t do a victory dance about Osama’s death?
